Conference fee
We charge a conference fee to all participants. This covers all necessary conference materials, lunch, drinks and snacks during the event.
The conference fee is €100.
Students, PhD candidates and those unemployed pay €50.

Registration deadline
The registration deadline is 5 March 2027; the conference fee must also be paid by this date. Late registrations are only possible during the conference at the conference office. If you register and pay on the day, the conference fee is €130 (reduced rate €65).
Registration will be available here from 1 September 2026 via the registration form.
