Auf dieser Seite können Sie sich  zur Teilnahme am Sechsten Kongress Polenforschung verbindlich anmelden.

 Wir erheben von allen Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmern eine Tagungsgebühr. Sie erhalten dafür während der Tagung alle notwendigen Tagungsmaterialien, Getränke und Snacks. Die Anmeldegebühr beträgt  100 Euro; Studierende, Doktoranden und Arbeitslose zahlen 50 Euro. Anmeldeschluss ist der 5.3.2024, bis zu diesem Datum muss auch die Tagungsgebühr überwiesen sein.
Spätere Anmeldungen nur während des Kongresses im Kongressbüro; bei Anmeldung und Bezahlung vor Ort beträgt die Kongressgebühr 130 € (ermäßigt 65 €).

Hinweis:

Drei Hotels bieten den Teilnehmenden des Kongresses Zimmerkontingente zu vergünstigten Konditionen an:

Steigenberger Hotel de Saxe, 145 €/Nacht inkl. Frühstück
Ibis Hotel Prager Straße, 75 €/Nacht inkl. Frühstück
Leonardo Hotel Dresden-Altstadt, 69 €/Nacht inkl. Frühstück

Informationen zu Unterkünften und Hotelkontingenten (inkl. der  Passwörter für die Nutzung der Kontingente) finden Sie in der Rundmail vom 14.11. Sollten Sie diese nicht erhalten haben oder zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch nicht in unserem Verteiler gewesen sein, schreiben Sie bitte eine Nachricht an polenforschung2024@tu-dresden.de. Sie erhalten dann alle nötigen Informationen von uns.

Na niniejszej stronie można dokonać wiążącej rejestracji udziału w VI Kongresie Polonoznawców.

Od wszystkich uczestników pobierana jest przy zgłoszeniu opłata konferencyjna. Pokrywa ona koszty wszelkich niezbędnych materiałów konferencyjnch oraz napojów i przekąsek serwowanych w czasie trwania kongresu.

Opłata rejestracyjna wynosi 100 euro; studenci, doktoranci i osoby bezrobotne płacą 50 euro. Termin rejestracji upływa 5.03.2024 r., opłata konferencyjna musi zostać przekazana najpóźniej do tego dnia.

Późniejsze zgłoszenia podczas kongresu będą możliwe już tylko w kongresowym biurze organizacyjnym; w przypadku rejestracji i płatności na miejscu opłata  wynosi 130 € (ulgowa: 65 €).

Trzy hotele oferują pokoje w obniżonych cenach dla uczestników kongresu:

Registration for the  Sixth Congress on Polish Studies

All participants have to pay a congress fee. In return you will get all nessecary congress materials, beverage, and snacks. The congress fee amounts to 100 Euro. Students, doctoral candidates, and unemployed pay a reduced fee of 50 Euro.
Registration  deadline: 2024/03/05;  the congress fee must also be transferred by this date.
Late registrations only during the congress at the congress office; for registration and payment on site the congress fee is 130 € (reduced: 65 €).
